Official Rules
These rules explain how Predictable Senate Fantasy works. When you enter, you agree to these rules. Last updated October 12, 2026.
- The Game. Predictable Senate Fantasy (the Game) is a free fantasy game about the 2026 Senate races. Predictable ("we" or "us") runs the Game. No purchase necessary. A purchase does not increase your chance of winning.
- Who can enter. You must be 18 or older. Void where prohibited by law. We can decide that a person or a team is not eligible. Employees, contractors and on-air hosts of Predictable, and the people who live in their homes, can play, but their teams cannot win prizes.
- Entry period. The entry period started on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. It ends at the lock time: Mon, Nov 2, 11:59 PM CT. Our server clock is the official clock.
- How to enter. Sign in with your email address. Draft 8 candidates from 8 different Senate races, choose one MVP (Most Valuable Politician) and submit your team before the lock time. After you submit your team, you cannot change it.
- Number of teams. You can enter up to 5 teams. Each team needs a different email address that is yours. A plus sign or a dot does not make a new address. Teams from accounts that a program or a bot made are not eligible.
- Score. The price of a pick locks when you draft it. Every team starts at a score of 1,000. Your score changes when market prices change. Your MVP counts two times. When a race has an official result, the winner finishes at 100¢ and each loser finishes at 0¢.
- Ties. If two or more teams have the same score, the team that was submitted first ranks higher.
- Winners. Final scores are set when each race has an official result. The eligible teams with the highest final scores win the prizes below. We contact winners by email.
- Fair play. We can remove a team or an account that breaks these rules, uses automated tools or tries to change how the Game works. We can correct errors.
- Changes. We can change these rules or end the Game if we need to. We post changes on this page.
- Contact. Send questions to [email protected].

Privacy
- We collect your email address, your name, your team name and your picks.
- We use them to run the Game, to send you a copy of your team and to show the leaderboard.
- When you submit a team, we add your email address to the free Predictable newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Other players see your team name, score, rank and picks. They do not see your name or your email address.
- To ask for a copy of your data, or to ask us to delete it, send an email to [email protected].
Market data
Prices come from public Kalshi market data. A price shows what the market thinks the chance of a win is. A price is not a forecast or advice from Predictable.
Prices can be late or not available. When a new price is not available, the Game uses the last valid price.
